Help with uploading a picture here

Can someone please give me some assistance as to how I can attach a photo to a post? I must be stupid or something, but I can figure it out.

I usually copy and paste amedium resolution version from my Flickr photostream.

Click on the "insert media" button - the one which looks like an old film.

You need to reduce the size of the photo. It will not upload a 12MP image. Reduce to a 4x6 at 150dpi should work.

Still new to photo editing, so Im not sure how to reduce the photos. I guess I will just have to include a link to my Picasa web albums.
