Which full frame camera would rank the best amongst all canon’s bodies? And which lens should be the first one purchased to add to it’s existence ?

Best image or best focusing? DxO has a great comparison chart with all the pluses and minuses for each. 5dII pops up quite a bit among the more expensive 1d-series bodies.
Which lens depends on what ya like to shot the most. The latest 70-200 2.8 gets great reviews and should cover a wide gamut of uses and still let you use teleconverters for more distance if needed (which is always).

Welcome to the forum. This is just like your prime question, although this question does have an answer for the first half. Right now it would be the 1Ds III and second would be the 5D Mark II. Once the 1D X arrives of course it should be the best.

Which lens depends on what you want to shoot, the answer to that question will be unique to each individual.
