watermark/signature using batch in photoshop cs3

Im trying to place a signature on photos, CS3 seems to only place then in one place per batch operation.
Ive viewed and read, videos and topics on different ways to accomplish it, does anyone have an easy way or any advice ?

Thanks not sure if it will work in CS3, it says video doesnt exist ...
