    Adorama.com VS Adorama on Amazon.com

Due to the recommendations on this site I'm most likly to sell an expensive piece of equipment and make a couple of major purchases on Adorama, one very soon. I've found an oddity and not sure how things work with Adorama.com VS Adorama on Amazon.com. I am looking at getting a 60" and a 46" Photek Softliter II. On Adorama.com if I search Softliter I only come up with the 60" but if I search Amazon the 46" comes up with fullfilled by Adorama??

Same people. Maybe it's a keyword thing. Have you tried making a broader entry? I'd be curious to know too.
Words get in the way of what I meant to say.

    From Adorama's Site:

Photek Softlighter II, 46" Umbrella with Diffuser - $74.95

    Photek Softliter 60" Diffused Umbrella - $94.95

Looks like "Softliter/Softlighter" is causing the search issue.

Thank you; I've brought the spelling error to the attention of the web team administrator.

Well, it's good that Adorama.com fixes the mistake on the site but I was referring to being embarrassed about myself for searching for it spelled wrong in the first place. I guess Amazons search engine saw my stupidity and was able to resolve it.

What Amazon will have in place - which we do, as well - are diverts which endeavour to cover many different possibilities for spelling; especially if customers are from outside the US or using mobile devices, (which take it upon themselves to invent new words!.....), it’s important for retailers to enable searches which are as stress-free as possible!
