Welcome!
I think you'll have trouble finding anyone on this forum that has used this setup. We're not a bunch of snobs that wouldn't but a good inexpensive product. The50mm f1.8 IIfor instance can be had for less that $100 any day and most of us have or have had one. This gear you have linked is IMHO cheap junk that any self respecting retailer should be ashamed to sell. They prey on the ignorance of new DSLR users.
I hope my response doesn't offend you, that is not my intention. You are welcome here. I just hate to see anyone buy this type of junk thinking it's more than what it is.
T3i, Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8, 70-200mm f/2.8 L, Sigma 30mm f/1.4, 430ex (x2), 580ex

THanks to all for the great advice. Any recommendations for a hobbyistfisheye lense for the Canon Digital Rebel XTi. I see a lot of lenses but am trying to start on the cheaper side first

If they're too expensive to own, you might consider renting them for a week from a place like lensrentals.com.
You
I bought one of those just to see what the quality they are, and out of ten I'd give them a 1/10. They degrade IQ(dramatically) and add CA, the distortions are terrible, and they only work on the 18-55 kit lenses. I was not pleased by them, the only enjoyment was walking around with the peice up to my eye, it's quite fun actually. But other than that I would not reccomend these peices of crap.
No negativity intended towards you.
I'd say either drop the bucks on the real thing or just do it in post.... not the same I know but still better than one of those.
Might try a lomo fisheye no 2. I plan on getting one for winter sports.
