Nah, I found it in a preserve in a meadow. These guys are often taken from the wild illegally though; because of this they are becoming endangered.

Yep, Weather was bad, so I took to the indoors. Not really my thing but I really wanted to play. I have never used multiple flashes before--so this was a first. Infact my studio consisted of a chair on the dining table with a black back drop---put the orchid in front, placed my 580exII on the spare tripod, and my 7d and 100-400 in the kitchen with the onboard flash as well. Lots of trial and error,---I have a newfound respect for you strobists--this was a real challenge for me---anyway, here is what happens when you get board.---Note, I fought that little shadow for the better part of an hour---this was the best I could do with 1 and 1/2 strobes.

I was thinking of the week from April 26th through May 2nd. Monday through Sunday...Or whatever works. I just like to see what people shoot throughout the week. Since people like it, I will send one of these out every Saturday or Sunday while I'm at work.

Sorry for the tardiness, but here is my contribution. No much...7D, 85mm at 2.0 I believe. Have a bunch of the kids, but haven't processed yet. Just a tad behind.
