First shoot with my new 70-200 2.8 IS (First Gen) Color me amazed

So I did my first actual shoot with my new lens, and I don't know what I would ever do without it now. I've never gotten such sharp, beautifully bokeh'd images in my life.

Ahh! Thanks for letting me express my happiness!

Thanks! These are from the 7D. I got that combination about 2 months ago. Good combo, I might add. Have my 50D as the second body.

Thanks guys! Glad they are considered good by others haha.

In bridge, the metering mode is all dark with a dark circle in the middle.....can't say I know which one that means. I think I was just on evaluate most the time, but you're not kidding. The overcast, bright sky mixed with the dark and light colors, people and clothes, was horrible. The groom is a friend of mine, and he's Westley Snipes dark. Some pictures would literally be good on him, and blow a white person next to him out of the water, or he'd be invisible. haha It was just awful trying to get it right. My 50D was having a much tougher time with it than the 7D.

Anyway, here's a picture I accidentally took at ISO 3200 with the 7, and with just a little cleaning up, definite props to Canon on noise control from the 50 to 7.

Great shots man! You're making me even more jealous about wanting both a 7D and a 70-200 f/2.8!!!
