    Help about new lens

After much thought and research I decided to buy a new lens. Currently I
have a Canon EOS 450D camera and lenses I use:

    1. # Tamron AF 18-200 mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II
    2. # Canon EF 28-90 mm f/4-5.6 (kit lens that I got with the Canon EOS 300
      analog camera)
    3. # Canon 50 mm f/1.8 II

In the first moment I had intended to buy flash Canon Speedlite 430EX
II, but after I thought about so I can researched I think I should
change first lens and then buy a flash. I do not have enough money for
an expensive lens, so I think first to buy one of these lenses:

    1. # Canon EF 70-200mm f/4.0 L USM
    2. # Canon EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS
      # Canon EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM or
    3. # Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS

Of course, every proposal or suggestion is welcome.
On the website www.eldarpiric.com.ba you can see what I am most
photographed and what are my interests.
I hope you find it so I can help me resolve this dilemma.

    Thanx

I agree with Ben. I have the 70-200 f/4 (non IS) and I love it. It is an outdoor daylight lens though. I used it for some ice hockey games (indoor) and I had to push the iso on my camera further than I wanted.

Thanks you two. After read many reviews on the lenses, the most I like the 70-200 f / 4 USM, so I put it in the first place on the list. As I have not had a chance to try it I am very interested in the opinion of the photographers who have used it and have experience with this lens. What you used a camera with this lens?
