Slow week for the images it appears. Looks like the cold has caught up to everyone.

It was windy for this one. I set up with a break wall behind me. The waves were crashing over it and spraying me with mist. By the time I was finished the back and side of the camera was covered in ice. When I got back to the car I could not close the legs of the tripod because the ice was built up to much so they could not be retracted. It was an invigorating shoot that I ended up enjoying... it is fun to enjoy the harshness of mother nature sometimes (as long as you dress for it).

Some great quality entries.
But, I will select Jayson's "Snowflake Pair" for the winner of the landscape photos. I find these shots mezmerizing.
For the portrait of the week, I select Sean Setter's "Sean and Amanda." I love the low key look, but there is also a lot of detail about the shot I like such as the contrast of Sean's serious pose against the ever so slight hint of a smile that Amanda has.

Thanks Brant! I really liked Sean's photo of him and Amanda. I have seen that before and have always wanted to attempt that with my little guys. Congrats!
