I'll start off with another portrait of a spider. Didn't have my macro lens on hand, so this is a heavily cropped shot from my 24-105mm.

    Portrait: My Brother
I have always loved B&W pictures, so... when i was testing my new 40mm f2.8 pankake i turned around and... my brother in a photogenic position!

    Landscape: From my Bathroom

Ok i know, it's a bit weird but... i was studying some settings on the 600d (with 70-300 mounted on) while i was at home... in bathroom ^_^', i heard some noises from the garden, so i opened the window and i realized that (apart from 2 fighting cats) there was a "shoot", so i shooted while i was sitting on the toilette!

And thats how the Landscape entry of this week was born

This is the church of Antella, a little town near Florence

Jamsus - Based on what you described; that would be the "Poop Shoot".

So sorry, but I could not resist a little juvenile humor (and it may loose something in the translation).

Landscape: Rock Isle Lake, Sunshine Meadows

Up here, the first day of fall definitely looks the part. The golden trees are larches, conifers that lose their needles each year. The colours won't last long, because this area will be open for downhill skiing in just 6 weeks!
