epayero --- Great shots and welcome to the forum! Love those cityscapes especially. Hope to see more of your photos in the weekly contests!
This is my favourite thread of the year and I look forward to seeing everybody's recap. Except for maybe the shots that Brant took while standing right next to me, because they blow away what I got. I didn't get out for many photo trips this year for some strange reason, but I'm still quite happy with what I could reel in.
From a very lucky day in Kananaskis, Alberta:
I love pikas! They are so incredibly fun to photograph.
Yes it was that kind of year again...
Did I mention that I love pikas?
From the one photo trip that I did this year, in October. One of the prettiest grizzlies I have ever seen. It took three days of searching to find her and get this shot.
Another photo that took a lot of effort to get: A woodland caribou, on the migration in Northern Alberta
Bighorn sheep in Jasper, Alberta. I think the reason that I like this shot is because I saw well in advance that it might happen, so I got in the right position and waited patiently. It came together even better than I imagined.
One from my backyard (well, 4 minutes from home, anyway)
That's about it! Onwards to 2022.........
