    A few MTF comparisons, taken from canon japan.

    Another interesting point: 24-105 f/2.8 - 11 aperture blades; EF 24-70 II and RF 24-70 - 9.

    The bokeh and rendering I am seeing from that lens is stellar. Some features are complete overkill for me, but....I use an EF 500 II to take photos of birds in my backyard...so, you know, par for the course.
