Late in the afternoon after work, I was outtaking a few photos ofbirds (mostly fighting the shadows of the trees) when I caught this out of the corner of my eye and quickly turned to try and capture it. I ended up with a blurry goose (result of lack of tripod), overexposed water right where the bird was flying and the sun was reflecting before setting. Also, the trees look super dull!

Is there anyway this photo can be improved in pp? I am not very good at postprocessing except for maybe a increase alittle of this, decrease alitle of that! [:P] I have elements and a number of other programs but not photoshop. This is the best I can do with it ...believe me the RAW file is in alot worse shape!

Any suggestions at all greatly appreciated!
