Apparently I didn't do my homework when I bought myself the 48 mm drop in filter. I have the 300 f/2.8.


What lens uses this filter?


And what would be wrong about using this instead of the 52mm filter in the 300mm? Maybe I just haven't looked closely enough yet, but I haven't identified anything wrong yet.
