So I just set a default like tkerr suggests. I don't like this fix because obviously it's nice to have your in-camera noise reduction working whenever it's needed instead of having to do it all manually later. At least, that's how I feel about it.

Makes you wonder, if it's not even reading your cameras noise reduction settings, what else isn't it reading / applying?
I knew there was a reason I don't use it anymore.
