I have been told by a couple of people if you take a picture of someone, the person you took a picture of has to give you written consent to sell that picture even if you sell the picture to the person you took the picture of ? Can someone please explain to me the copyright laws or where I can learn more about this? I take pictures of volleyball players and I want to sell them to the players.
