Adobe has a pretty good learning channel on their Site for Lightroom. Lightroomkillertips is another website with good advice and free presets to get you going in the right direction. There are some good videos on YouTube, but wading through the junk to find it.. gotta put a price on your sanity Hopefully someone else can give you exact channels to watch.
