CS5 Assistance needed...

I don't know if I haven't noticed before or if I just did something out of the ordinary recently, but I am only getting 1/2 screen on my thunderbolt display in CS5. Anyone know how to make it whole again. I have tried about everything I can think of. Lightroom and others go full screen. The tool bars and layers panel go full screen so I am not sure why the picture is this way. I have tried to drag the line, reset the workspace, go full screen, unlock anything that was locked and still nothing. Here is a picture of what I am looking at.
