This is a spot that I like to work on Milky Way shots. So you have seen similar shot because I keep trying to get a better reflection and colors (never satisfied and always looking to improve). This night the lake was very calm (perfect for what I was looking for), but the moon was out and lighting up the sky and trees (not ideal). This shot was taken back in September of last year, but I have been working on the PP on and off since. If I adjusted to get the reflection right, then I would end up with the sky to bright. So I took Bill W's advice and added a grad filter in LR (although he was suggesting an on-camera filter... maybe next year). Adding the gradient filter in LR finally got it closer to what I was looking for (Thanks Bill). So here is the final results:
