    Ha ha yes she had her back turned and her head down, so I'm calling that sufficient permission . For technical details, I shot this on the 1DX III at 1/640 sec and f/4, ISO 3200. I used Topaz DeNoise at a low setting to clean it up afterwards.

    Congrats Jonathan, great shot.

    Thanks for the comments all. Fortunately the gulls held mostly still for the 25 sec exposure. They were lined up neatly and provided some foreground balance to the image. The background is Face Rock. You can see the face angled up on the right side. Weird light. Low clouds and a light fog. Windy too. Hoped for a sunset. No such luck, but like what I came away with. Not much to the processing. A bit of contrast to cut some of the fog and the crop.
