Comet C2022 E3
Starting to see references that a comet may become visible in the next couple of weeks. I am hearing it may start around Jan 22-23 and peak in brightness in early Feb.
As always, comet brightness is difficult to predict. I am seeing some say it will be visible with the human eye, but this article is suggesting we keep our expectations low.

If we could ever get a day without clouds, I'm going to try and shoot it. Pops up around 2am here in the north sky by Polaris.

Thanks! A number of good charts in that article. All clouds here right now, but a couple nights next week hold some potential. We'll see.

That comet is quite fun to hunt, easy to find really. Been having some testing with just 35mm lens, since me asiair mini is still on the way to me.
Here is couple images. Took 30x 13s exposures with my 35mm sigma and to realise i had forgotten f1.4 so got bit bright startup =) Here is what i managed to cook out from it.
