This photo is a bit of a testament to the adage that often, the best photos are behind you. This was taken after I had already photographed Cavern Cascade, walked the rest of the trail and were on our way back. The light had changed a little, but mostly, I just saw a different image that I had previously taken and I ended up liking it much better.
