In computer geek world, PEBKAC is "Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair"... ie: It's user error, but lets give it another name so they don't get all mad at you.


PEBCAP would be an error between Camera And .... I'm lost. Ponytail? Pupils? Hmm. A google search says Photographer, which would imply it's NOT user error, somehow the air between the viewfinder and you is at fault.
