I contacted Canon, and they did the standard reset the camera routine, and if that doesn't handle it send it in for a check. I guess I'll wait until next week's firmware update, and see how it goes, it has worked perfectly since the incident, so I don't want to loose the camera for a week to send it in, but it would be a shame if it happens again while taking a more important photo.
