I used it in this shot to light the the area behind the main subject and the person in the background. I placed it right up against the ceiling above the shelf and tilted down 90º so the dome was pointing at the guy in the back. I wouldn't have been able to get any other modifier in this spot so it was nice to have around. I don't think I have used it since but I kind of like the effect here. Like I mention before it flattened everything out and then the 2 lights I had on the main subject kind of pulled him out. I know the shadow on his hand is bad. I didn't fix it because it got cropped the way it ran in the magazine.
