Delkin Snug-It Pro Skin
Hi everyone,
Has anyone purchased/seen a Delkin Snug-It Pro Skin? I'm interested in the version for the 7D to prevent scratches and minor bumps. I have the Camera Armor XTI skin which you would have to "pry out of my cold dead hands to seperate from my XTI". But I contacted Camera Armor and they said that there are near plans for making a skin for the 7D.
What little reviews I've read about the Delkin skins are that the LCD cover is pretty much useless, some versions have the remote IR port covered and that changing lens can be difficult. The thing isn't expensive, but I don't want to be saddled with more camera stuff I bought, but don't use.
Also, any recommendations for an LCD cover? I don't like how the screen keeps getting smudged by my face, and I'm worried it'll get scratched at some point.
Thanks,
Ed

Re: Delkin Snug-It Pro Skin
To prevent scratches, Invisible Shield is great. I use it on all sorts of my stuff. It won't stop smudges, but it makes cleaning them off easy as you don't have to worry about scratching or damaging the lcd with whatever you have available to clean the display with. I have the Invisible Shield on my 50D, a GPS, a Sony camera, and two phones. The kit for the 50D (and I'm sure all similarly equipped cameras) also includes a shield for the display on top of the camera body. I have never taken off a Invisible Shield, but they are supposed to peal right off, no residue is left behind.
