    Anyone using Black Rapid R-strap???



    Anyone using Black Rapid R-strap? Opinions? Where did you get it?
    T3i, Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8, 70-200mm f/2.8 L, Sigma 30mm f/1.4, 430ex (x2), 580ex
    13.3" MacBook Pro (late '11 model) w/8GB Ram & 1TB HD, Aperture 3 & Photoshop Elements 9

    I've beenchecking out Black Rapid’ssite and really like the looks of this thing.
    T3i, Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8, 70-200mm f/2.8 L, Sigma 30mm f/1.4, 430ex (x2), 580ex

    yeah I do, I think it's a very good design. Highly recommend it!

    I use it and like it very much. I hate having a camera around my neck. It is also very handy if you have multiple bodies.

    I find it a lot easier for me to do "#1" with the R-strap.[]

    I guess the verdict is in. I'll order mine as soon as I can. (As soon as the Wife lets me!)

    If you are only going to use one camera....then the Black Rapid strap is terrific for walking around all day.


    If you are going to work an event and have to carry two bodies, I would then go with the Cotton Carrier.


    There is also a "spider holster" out there but it's not too user friendly.

    I just ordered a RS-5and think I'll get a second one eventually with a CoupleRto use if I need a second body or more likely in the short term a small Camcorder I carry during deer season.
