I would have to agree.


I think this might be a characteristic of tele-zooms although i am only speculating. I have noticed using narrow apertures on my 70-200 i still achieve some sort of background blur. I have however, shot landscapes at f/32 with my 70-200mm and did have everything in focus. but at this point CA might be a problem.
