I guess the squirrel didn't get clean enough from the rain ...now he wants to jump in the bird bath!!
Experimenting with B&W.
Converted using DPP by:
Selecting monochrome style.
Adjusted color filter for best image (no record of which I used)
Adjusted tone (sepia or green).
Selected linear mode.
Adjusted RAW brightness until white was white.
Used curves to bring up darks.
Adjusted RGB saturation

I am super happy this thread took off. Maybe we should try to do one of these every week. Thanks to all who contributed. This week I didn't get much other than a couple of dandelions. Hope you like. These were with the 7D, 100mm macro with a Kenko 1.4x TC at f4.0.
