Now, that's really sad. I wrote to Chuck a few months ago and he responded personally with some very thoughtful advice. I don't think my question ever made it into the newsletter, and he still took the time.


Not that I could ever understand the logic behind the corporate world ;-) but I suspect that nobody at Canon made the specificdecision to axe Tech Tips (really, how much could it have been costing them?). Instead, I bet it was probably just part of some much larger pullback, or a decision to reallocate funding in other places.


Which, at the risk of sounding redundant, is really sad.
