    Photo albums (coffee books)

When in doubt give you guys a shout is my motto...

I'm looking for a website/place to create a photo album or perhaps these days it's call a coffee book album. I would like to have the thick almost cardboard like pages. I would also like to create the layout of where the pictures would go in the album. Basically, i would would liketo create the whole album design.

I've been to nations photolab website, but they seem very expensive, but the albums do look nice. Is there any place else that is a little cheaper on the funds?

    thanks!!

If you are an Apple user, you may simply use the iphoto app and then send to Apple and they will put the whole book together, via a beautiful hardcover. A good friend had this completed whereas the final price was 45CAD. The overall finished product in my opinion was top notch.

Thanks for the quick replies. My only concern is, i don't think any of these companies have the thick cardboard like paper i was hoping for.

I've never heard of paper that thick for books but I know adoramapix.com uses real professional grade photo-paper.

I have not seen it in the coffee table books. The pages in the Press books at Fullcolor are a very thick paper. Very good quaility.

I have seen thick cardboard like paper in the Albums where the pages are the photos.
