That's a great set of photos. I think the first one is the best(not looking technically at the photo). Good material for a portfolio. To be honest I have no clue of strobism [:P]
I also like the 2nd photo. Although I'm not sure what to think of the hair in front of the eye. The third one is my least favorite. I think she looks a bit sad and I personally think she's lit just a bit too light. But I must say I'm not really a fan of strobism and I'm probably very picky! [:P]

Nice one, I like the emotion/interaction. However it would be better if her eyes where opened just a little bit more. It isn't posed, so I guess they weren't really thinking about such things []
