That is strange....just about all the varieties of birds here in central Kentucky will go to the suet at times.


I wonder if you break a little up and put it with your seed it might introduce them to it?


Or, maybe let the seeds run out for a day to see if they will then go for some suet?

Hey Denise....to pile on w/what Joel said; no matter the time a year here in MA, the suet is very popular. Especially now w/the adults bringingtheir kids. In fact as I look outmy window, there is a flock waiting for me to refill the suet feeders.


Sorry I can't help you w/some suggestions other than try a different brand/flavor and leave it out for them.


Gotta go, they're becoming quite vocal for the suet. []
