I personally have used LensProToGo on several occasions and have been very pleased with their customer service. I had a problem with a 17-55 2.8 rental that failed on me half way through a shoot and was promptly given a credit towards a future rental. The prices at LensProToGo usually include shipping both ways. He provides a return shipping label for you and all you have to do is call to arrange a pick up at your home or drop it off to any shipping center--very easy.

If you live near Massachusetts (where they are located), the shipping time is very short.

Would you need the lens for a full 30 days? If not, you could rent it for only the amount of time you really need it for and it would be cheaper. $780 is pretty brutal in my book for a rental but that is hard to quantify if you get some incredible images I guess.
