    Database Migration Completed

    That was easy.

The migration of the websever will happen over the next 2-3 days (due to DNS replication timing).

Once this process completes, the image hosting should work properly again and you should not regularly receive duplicate emails from the site.

    Thanks,

    Bryan

PS. Daniel, as promised, your post is gone. Thanks for the laugh! []

    Beautiful!

So can we post new threads/replies during the migration? I understand the new posts won't carry over, but does it complicate things if we post during the transition?

Thanks for all your work in keeping up a fantastic site Bryan - I know we all appreciate it!

The database is what holds the post information - and it has completed migration. So the rest of the process *should* be seemless. All posts should stick.

    Post away!

    Thanks,

    Bryan

If we told you, we'd have to have your memory wiped, just like we had to wipe the post from this forum, to protect Daniel's secret identity. You don't really think the problems Bryan had with the forum were some random webhost issue, do you? [^o)]
