Early on there was a lot of discussion about interference from the 580 EX II and pocket wizards.


Does anyone have first hand experience with this combination for off camera triggering.


Or Does anyone have first hand experience with other triggers (dont need TTL)

I used pocked wizards (Flex TT5s) with both 580 EXII and a Vivitar Manual flash a great deal this summer---They all worked flawlesly (as long as I set them up correctly), never an issued with interference from anything and I used them at ranges up to 100 feet. I am very impressed withthem. One thing to remember ----You must turn the pocket wizard on first, before you turn your flash/camera on.


I am very happy with them, good investment IMHO.
