In the first picture taken almost directly into the sun that kind of lens flaring is to be expected. Additionally, I don't recommend doing that too much, not if it is high in the sky.

"technical data sheet for the Sony ICX414AQ CCD Image Sensor, 'Notes on
Handling': "Do not expose to strong light (sun rays) for long periods,
as colour filters will be discoloured. When high(ly) luminous objects
are imaged with the exposure level controlled by the electronic iris,
the luminance of the image-plane may become excessive and discolouring
of the colour filter (referring to the Bayer array Red-Green-Green-Blue
colour micro-filters) will possibly be accelerated... For continuous
using under cruel (!) conditions, consult our company."

These last two pictures look like normal shutter blade diffraction spikes, which btw will be more noticeable with smaller aperture settings.

tkerr, that was just example for the topic author, how to avoid flares []

Yes, for camera sensor direct sunlight is not healthy.

But in these two last photos there isn't sun. There is only moon at night []

Details of Last two photos, if it helps to indicate cause of the flares:

    Aperture F/6.4
    Focal length 35 mm
    Exposure 10 sec.
    ISO 400
    time 22:25

    Aperture F/6.4
    Focal length 55 mm
    Exposure 10 sec.
    ISO 800
    time 22:28

Although the risk of damage to your sensor from the Moon is highly unlikely because it is only reflected light, It is still very bright. The amount of flare I am seeing, given the angles of each picture looks typical of most lenses to me.

Has the OP tried taking pictures of the Moon at various angles, with and without a lens hood as well as various apertures to see how much flare there is.
