For our new friend-Luiz Muzzi, who has asked, I am new to the forum...

    Hi, folks

I am new to the forum.

I would like to know if any of you have had any trouble with the
weight of your carry-on luggage. Here in Brazil companies say that you
can only take with you 5 kgs ( I don't know how much that would be in
    pounds).

    TIA

Hello and welcome to the TDP forums.

Please refer to the following threadalso the accurate conversion of 1 kilogram is equal to 2.204622622 pounds, rounding to 2.2 should suffice.

    5kgs*2.2 = 11lbs

Type any conversion into google. ie: "5 kilograms in pounds". "5 cups in teaspoons", "100 usd in cad", or even "7 lightyears in attoparsecs", or "middle c * 5", or "5 pounds * 7 meters per second per second"
