The updates are free. The original install file is only available on CD. In order to install an update, you must have the program already installed.
I had a XSi but got rubbed. so I can "sell"the CD to you for free(no copyright issue right?). let me know your contact info if you want that.
Canon USA has the full version of ZoomBrowser available for download. It is called ZoomBrowser EX 6.6.0b Application. I have not seen the full version of DPP though. Hopefully it will be available for download soon.
If one has an older 1D series one can download the full version from Japan. http://web.canon.jp/imaging/sdl/dpp-e.html You need the serial but it is working.

Looks like you're covered, but if not I can also send you a disc. I've got three DPP licenses (or install discs, if you prefer to think of them that way) from cameras I still own, and I don't even process with DPP anymore... Send me a message if you want one.
