    You got to ask my dad if it hurts ;-)


    He says its like a strong pressure, as its a baby grass snake there is no harm or danger.


    I have other shots but my 450D + ef-s 18-55 is not fast enough. I could do with a sharper lens and external flash.


    Hey @Sean any advice on flashes? I posted a question about flashes in the gear section ;-)

Without impugning the humanity of reptiles and insects, might I suggest the Post Your Best Nature Shots thread, instead?
