    Hey Steve...that was pretty close!! I know the picture doesn't have Exif data...so how did you do it?? It was taken with the 50 1.2L, at ISO 800 and 1/30th@ f2.2...not bad!!

    Elementary, my dear Gregg, elementary. It looked thin DOF, I know you have a 50/1.2, so I guessed the rest.

    Not my best shot, with the sun coming at mebut I still liked this action shot. I hope it's ok to still post in this thread..

    Wow, Nice catch DD and you have some great looking birds in your backyard---What are these guys called?


    All I have is the run of the mill sparrows, finches doves and of course 3 kinds of hummers.

    Thanks, Bob! These are baltimore orioles and it is the first year of attracting them to my backyard! Timing is everything in getting the food out when the arrive to the area, I guess. These guys love grape jelly and oranges!
