Here are couple of pictures from my front yard. Currently I have a bit of an infestation of Cicada Killer Wasps. While kind of scary looking they are fairly harmless. Both are female wasps probably around two inches in length.

Anyone else noticing a very low count of butterflies this summer? Last year at this time I have shots of butterflies all over, now I rarely see them! []

Wow Denise, your shots are all awesome - so sharp and vibrant. Your dragon fly shots are really good - great light. Did you use your 100mm Macro for those?

Your shot is really, really good! These are so hard to catch in flight! Sometimes I think I must look like a real idiot trying to track them up, down, left, right!
