Welcome to the forum. This is just like your prime question, although this question does have an answer for the first half. Right now it would be the 1Ds III and second would be the 5D Mark II. Once the 1D X arrives of course it should be the best.

Which lens depends on what you want to shoot, the answer to that question will be unique to each individual.
