Right now I'm looking at a 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6L IS on CL... I keep thinking, really, another lens in that range? Trying to 'pack light' for a trip next week, and the 28-300 is lighter than the 24-105 + 70-200 II. Then I think...the 1D X is coming...do I really want to subtract money from the fund right now (the stack of bills is currently taller than the 1D X cost, but not quite taller enough...).
