    Speaking of MagicLantern, some brave soul has put it on their 5Diii and it worked. Haven't seen information as to which version they were using yet.

    I have read the same. ML sits so "high" on the process that it seems unlikely that it would "brick" the camera - though it may have happened.

    As mentioned elsewhere I am waiting till the end of summer before pulling the trigger on teh 5dIII.

    There were some 'issues' when it was being developed for the 60D. Fortunately Canon was willing to do things under warranty for the affected individuals. Still, I'd rather not be in that situation myself.

    I just tested the 4fps override with the header set at 60fps - a 15x reduction - the scene has to move pretty quickly for there to be any time lapse value.
