The PC connector has the same voltage rating as the hotshoe. I use the Wein safe-sync to operate my Sunpack 120J with my XTi and 5D. I have used this for a couple of years and have not had any problems.


I love my 120J. The light from a barebulb flash is great. I look forward to the new quantum trio.
