    That studio set up is mighty fine .... awesome lighting and a medium format system tethered to a super-fast computer. No wonder the images look so good even on large displays.

    I think it's pretty neat how the guy is just browning the outside of the patty so it doesn't lose any size. Maybe i'll buy some hamburger meat tonight and try my own hamburger photography for fun.

    I saw this posted elsewhere and watched it before going to work this morning. I found it quite interesting as well.
