@Jayson - I love your monarch shots! Beautiful lighting and perfect focus! I wish I could get a shot of one on a small flower like that and with such beautiful bokeh! Much prettier than my large butterfly bush!

Denise, your butterfly bush looks great in your shots. I shot those with my 300mm f4L IS at MFD, so I still had quite a few feet between them and I. I was lucky because this place doesn't get any water and the only things that were alive were clover patches. I believe that helped with the DOF more than anything.
