The above shot is of Crabtree Falls. My wife and I hiked in there before sunrise to avoid other casual foot traffic. I highly recommend the hike. I have some other shots from this trip that I can't get to at the moment, but will add to the "post best landscapes section." Thanks for looking.

Nice shot Dave. I was at that waterfall last year. I must say though, it looks much nicer in your shot with all the fall colors around it then it did when I was there.

We went for a fairly long hike a few weeks back, thought I would include a picture of the track.

I have not posted in several weeks so I will try to catch up here. The quality of photographic art posted on this site is quite amazing. Denise, your flower picture is honestly one of the best composed images I have seen in a long time. So, my recent stuff.

We have been on a longish road trip stopping in Savannah, GA, then a conference in Orlando and finally a visit to Disney for celebration of our daughter’s birthday and to indulge her family in Fantasy Land.

    So, River Street in Savannah,

Of course we had to go through “It’s a Small World” at Disney. I shot a series at an ISO of 12800 and was amazed at the quality, with some help from the noise reduction in Lightroom.
