As you may recall I was spending last weekend in So. Cal. and I most likely didn't do it right, as I should have gone from Red Rock Canyon up to Sequoia National Park, vs down to Joshua tree. Well next time is in a month or so. All these were taken w/ the t3i and the 17-55

Also played w/ the new 40mm 2.8 on the 5dIII. Nifty lens really have an appreciation for the prime resolution.

Wanting to do a Grand Canyon, Slot Canyon, Brice, Zion "Sprint" in July (part of a vacation plan w/ my daughters) on the way to Yellowstone for our family reunion.

I did Antelope Canyon several years ago w/ 8mg P&S before I really "got back in" and have several pics that are 5x7 or perhaps 8x10 kind of - and to push the ISO, etc

I am longing to do a repeat with better gear and a tripod!!!
